Damilola Osinuga, PhD
Managing Partner
Damilola is the Managing Partner and the Head of the Dispute Resolution and Shipping Practice Groups. He specialises in transportation and commercial litigation and has litigated a broad spectrum of issues, including maritime, banking and finance, contracts, insolvency, commercial law transactions, and general litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
Bolanle Oduntan
Partner
‘Bola leads the Corporate and Commercial Law and Information Technology law practice groups.
His early career was invested in legal work in the corporate, commercial and dispute resolution practice groups. As an associate counsel he advised on several high-profile LNG projects and pioneer commercial briefs in the automotive sector.
Senior Associates
Damilare Adeojo
Damilare is a Senior Associate in the firm’s dispute resolution and shipping practice groups. As part of his experience, Damilare worked for, among others, the Lagos State Government.
Mr Adeojo’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, corporate law, and real estate law. In addition, he provides counsel on employment and labour law. He also conducts complex civil litigation.

Ibiyode Ibikunle
‘Yode is a member of the Firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practice groups. He has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients on debt restructuring and other related matters.
Kunle Cole
Kunle is an associate with the firm’s Information Technology and Intellectual Practice group. He is described by clients as versatile with an eye for detail.
Abidemi Olowolagba
Abidemi is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Commercial Group and Dispute Resolution Group, where she offers clients dispute resolution services on issues pertaining to insolvency, debt recovery, and civil litigation.
Adesoji Adebola
Adesoji Adebola is an Associate within the Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Practice Groups at the firm.
